Missing Transactions - Alliant Credit Union

I am not sure if this is an issue just with Alliant or other accounts, I haven't finished going through everything. What I am seeing on Alliant is say, two payments towards two different credit cards for the same amount, eg, my Lowes card and my Chase card for $500.

On Simplifi, I see one transaction for $500, with the Payee mentioning Lowes and the Category flagged as Transfer Chase. If I try to change the category to Transfer Lowes, it says it can't find a duplicate transaction on the Lowes card. If I update the Payee to Chase, all is fine.

But then I am still missing the payment transaction for the Lowes card.

If I look forward or backward on the Simplifi timeline, the transaction never appears (for either Lowes or Chase). Again, it looks like those two got merged into one Frankenstein transaction.

    Thanks for reaching out! From what I am understanding, you are stating that you are missing a transfer transaction to your Lowe's card. Is it miscategorizing the transfer you see as a transfer to Chase? Or is that transaction correct, and you are just outright missing another transfer to Lowe's? I think providing some screenshots showing the situation would better assist us in understanding the issue you are experiencing. If you can provide those here, that would be helpful!
