Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust FDP-101 error (edited)

Hello! I've been trying to connect a Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust account, but keep getting an FDP-101 error. I've tried several times in the last 12-24 hours but with the same result.

I checked your connection attempts from our end and was able to confirm the FDP-101 error with Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust-Business. To clarify, are you attempting to connect a business account or a personal account? Also, have you had this account connected in Quicken Simplifi prior, or is this your first time attempting to connect it?
