Ongoing issues with connecting Midflorida Credit Union accounts.

I wasn't sure the best way to get in contact with the support team so I'm gonna post this here for anyone that may still be struggling with this issue as a potential solution. I was having trouble linking my midflorida account to Simplifi and finally found out that the issue (for me) was that third party permissions were disabled in my midflorida account. They can be found under Profile>Security. Once I checked both options, logged out and back in to midflorida then logged out and back in to Simplifi (just for good measure) I was able to link my accounts. I'm aware there's an ongoing issue discussion post on this topic opened in october of last year but I wasn't able to comment there. Not sure if this is the solution for everyone having trouble linking midflorida but it has seemed to work for me so far.
