How to get default categories back? (edited)

I wanted to reset my Simplifi as I wanted to start fresh after spending a month with the app. I delete the accounts and then deleted the categories. Well that was not the best to do. So, I lost all my main categories and sub categories. I am not so worried about the sub-categories as much as the main category for transfers, credit cards, etc. I have contacted support, but they were not helpful in provided the list of default built in categories. so, who can I get the default build in categories, that you start with in Simplifi. I am actually want to ensure that I get the categories for the transfers, credit card payments, etc. that is the main desire.
Do I need to cancel the account and have the data deleted, so that I can start fresh?
Any guidance is very welcomed.

@Dick_Davis, thanks for reaching out!
Although I can probably get you the list of default Categories by setting up a brand new dataset for myself, do you want me to just delete your Quicken Simplifi dataset so you can start all over?
Let me know!

If you would be so kind to do that. Then I can register and start again with what I have learned and definitely become an validated, and favorable Simplifi user. Let me know when it is done. Also, do understand why support could not offer the same.

@Dick_Davis, I'm not sure why Chat Support didn't offer the same, but it is done now. When you sign back into Quicken Simplifi, you will go back through the Getting Started Flow.

@coach Natalie is this something you could do for me as well. I tried to get them back but can’t seem to figure it out.

@Bwithey327, thanks for joining the discussion!
To confirm, you'd like your entire Quicken Simplifi dataset deleted so you can start from scratch, correct? Please confirm, and I can do that for you!

Thank you for your replies @Bwithey327,
I'm not able to delete your dataset, but @Coach Natalie will be able to do it after the weekend.
In the meantime, if there is any data you want to save, you are able to export transactions from one or more accounts by following the instructions in this article:
If it's data that you plan to manually import into your Quicken Simplifi when you start over, this article provides information on manually importing transactions:
I hope this helps!
