Do not receive Password Reset e-mail on a particular e-mail address

Good Morning,
I noticed that on my gmail account, I receive password reset requests, but on my [removed - privacy] address (I just updated my Quicken account), no password reset e-mails are being received.
I verified I can send e-mail from my [removed - privacy] e-mail address to [removed - privacy], so the issue is not with my inbox.
Please resolve this
