Hi, maybe I just don't know how investments work, but the app has been showing my investments are down over 500% in the last 60 days. I am certain I don't have negative dollars and I didn't do anything like sell or borrow against myself; in fact, I add money every month. How is this possible? Yes, I've tried resetting the connection already, and the issue has been going on for months now, despite attempts to troubleshoot with the team

There are very few ways to lose more than 100% of your investment. Have you been selling naked call options?

    Just joking… very weird.

@Bella Li, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Since the Investments Performance feature is based on the performance of your holdings, you'd want to look at the Portfolio view to confirm the value of your holdings. We would also need some additional insight, such as:

    • Does the Performance tab only show this way on the Quicken Simplifi Mobile App, or is it the same on the Web App as well?
    • Are the investment accounts connected to the bank, or are you tracking them manually?
    • If the latter, are there Investment Transactions being downloaded that could be impacting the Performance of the accounts? I found this tooltip on the Web App: Screenshot 2025-06-09 at 8.54.51 AM.png

Also, here is our article on tracking investments in Quicken Simplifi, in case it helps at all: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/4776195-tracking-investments-on-the-mobile-app

    Let us know!
