AMEX High Yield Savings No Longer Syncing/Detected

Hello, today when I logged into Simplifi it noted that my AMEX High Yield Savings was no longer detected and suggested to reconnect it and select all accounts. However when I follow this process, it still detects and prompts to connect other AMEX accounts (2 credit cards and the checking account) but is unable to detect the savings account.

Thanks for reaching out! To clarify, the account is not showing up as available to add when you reach the account discovery screen in Quicken Simplifi, correct? Let's have you try establishing a completely fresh connection with the bank to see if all of your accounts are found and able to be linked. Here are the steps to follow:
- Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
