Empower will not link

I have not been able to get Simplifi to link to Empower Retd. - 401K.

I get the following error:

@mrocks013, thanks for posting to the Community regarding this issue!

When viewing your connection attempts from our end using the email address associated with your Community Profile, I don't see any attempts with Empower. If this email address is the same as your Quicken Simplifi account, this likely means that the attempts aren't even hitting our system.

I would recommend trying from a different browser or in incognito/private mode in case something in your primary browser is blocking Empower's authorization process. It looks like there is a different Empower option in Quicken Simplifi that you can try as well, called "Empowerretirement" —

I also see a third option that uses our Finicity aggregator instead of Intuit that you can try. This one is listed as "Empower Retirement" and has a URL of empower-retirement.com.
