Why has there been no updates on this? My TSP accounts will not sync. You should allow for manual updates of the balance while something like this down.

I'm not seeing any connection attempts with Thrift Savings Plan for you from our end. Are you receiving an FDP-102 or an FDP-185 error? If so, the Alert you mentioned is still ongoing, meaning the issue is still being worked on. Please be sure to follow the Alert for updates!
