Quicken accounts won't link to builder after Bestbuy addressed issues with hacker
I was hacked by a HP operative who I let remote in my computer to help me. Best Buy spent hours on two days fixing my computer. (i did not lose any money from hacker!) But since i got it back, my accounts will no longer link to Quicken. Does anyone know what i do on my computer to restore access?

If you have the Quicken Simplifi mobile app on a smartphone or tablet, please confirm if you are able to connect and update your accounts through the mobile app. Doing this can help verify if the problem limited to the newly repaired computer.
If it is happening exclusively on the newly repaired computer, my assumption would be that Best Buy changed settings or added security software that is blocking Quicken Simplifi from connecting. Do you see any error messages/codes in Quicken Simplifi when you try to update your accounts?
