Constantly re-verifiying fingerprint/logging in when swapping between android apps
Hello, new Simplifi user this year with a bit of feedback.
I have noticed that every single time I leave the Simplifi app (on Android) and swap to another, then quickly swap back, I am required to log in again, in this case using biometric scan. This is very frustrating because I constantly swap between apps to verify what specific purchases are in order to add relevant notes.
The Simplifi chat AI has told me this is a security measure to protect my financial information. However, most other banking apps I have used do not require me to re-verify each time I briefly leave the app. Instead, they timeout after some fixed number of minutes. I would really like there to be some kind of preference or setting for session timeout, even if it was just the difference between "always time out" and " time out every X minutes". Has anyone else been frustrated by this, or is it just me?
Thanks!

Hello @z.smith,
Thanks for reaching out and providing feedback. If you navigate to the Passcode and Touch ID settings menu in the Quicken Simplifi mobile application, you should have a section that says "Automatically Lock," where you can indicate how long before the Touch ID is needed again. If you switch from "Immediately" to "After 1 minute", this should resolve the issue you have with navigating between different applications on your device. I know it does for me, at least.
I hope this helps!
