Refund of my subscription today

I made an error subscribing simplifimoney. As I’am living in Switzerland Simplifimoney is not what I need , so I want to ask to be refund or to change to Quicken Classic. How I can do that?

Please note that once you request a refund, your subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to access any data in Quicken Simplifi. If there is any transaction data you'd like to save, then please export that data before you request the refund. For information on exporting transactions, please see this article:
