No Money to Withdrawal but funds show as Available

I am trying to withdrawal from a completed goal but it says there is nothing available.

Thanks for reaching out! When you select to withdraw from the goal, do you receive a window where you can indicate where the money is going? Or does the "No money available" message pop up before this window appears?
