Ascensus - RPLink not connecting, Care Code: QCS-0429-2 (edited)
My link to Ascensus - RPLink is not working. I have tried typing in my password, my admin password, double checking my password on the site, etc. and nothing is working. I keep getting the error below:
We are unable to update Ascensus - RPLink at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Simplifii support.
Care Code: QCS-0429-2
I assume this is a backend issue. Just wanted to bring attention to it.

When viewing your connection attempts from our end, I'm seeing an FDP-103 error with Ascensus - RPLink in Quicken Simplifi, which is a known issue. Our Alert here can be followed for updates:
As for the QCS-0429-2, this is likely from too many failed attempts. Since the connection with the bank is down, I'd recommend not making multiple connection attempts.
While the known issue is being worked on, you can track the account manually by adding manual transactions, which will keep your records up-to-date. Here are the steps to do so:
If the account is an investment account, the manual tracking steps are a little different:
- Make the account manual so you can add and edit Holdings:
