Truist not connecting CC-502 (edited)

After the recent maintenance at Truist, I can not connect my accounts anymore. Sometimes I get and error cc-502. I have tried to reset it, set it up again on line and add it as a new account without success. Any suggestions

    Thanks for reaching out! We are aware of a known issue with Truist Bank that we have an alert for here:

    I would see if the steps shared there work to resolve your issue.

    1. Make all of your Truist Bank accounts manual by following the steps here.
    2. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank, and select the new bank option (BID) called "Truist Online Banking - WC".
    3. Carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here

    How do you do the same when using Quicken not Quicken Simplifi. I use Quicken Classic Deluxe on my computer and can't send online bill payments through Truist. I get error code OL-301-A.
