Truist not connecting CC-502 (edited)

After the recent maintenance at Truist, I can not connect my accounts anymore. Sometimes I get and error cc-502. I have tried to reset it, set it up again on line and add it as a new account without success. Any suggestions

Thanks for reaching out! We are aware of a known issue with Truist Bank that we have an alert for here:
I would see if the steps shared there work to resolve your issue.
- Make all of your Truist Bank accounts manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank, and select the new bank option (BID) called "Truist Online Banking - WC".
- Carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

How do you do the same when using Quicken not Quicken Simplifi. I use Quicken Classic Deluxe on my computer and can't send online bill payments through Truist. I get error code OL-301-A.
