Login/Password works fine at the Amex site. Need guidance please
Also, my wife's Amex account has FDP-350, and when she tries to re-authenticate, we get this:
Hi,
AmEx is working fine for me. I think I would make all these accounts manual, then go to AmEx and remove access to Quicken.
Then I would go to Add Accounts and start over, If Amex connects, then carefully link the accounts back to your now manual accounts so you keep all your data.
