Setting up Online Access for Home Depot Consumer Credit Card - FDP-105 (edited)
I have been struggling with this for months. I used to be able to access and sync my account in quicken but since the citifinancial update, I have not been able to do so. I did clear out my credentials and tried again to login and sync. When i view my home depot account online, it shows permissions have been given but the quicken software continues to say it has failed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have searched the forums and have come up empty with anything that helps. I am guessing there is some small step I am missing.

Hello @azrocketsci,
Thanks for reaching out! I can see that you are receiving an FDP-105 error from our side. We are aware of a known issue with Citi Retail Cards, like the Home Depot Consumer Credit Card, receiving FDP-105 errors. We do have an alert you can follow for this issue here:
In the meantime, you can track the account manually by adding manual transactions, which will keep your records up-to-date. Here are the steps to do so: Managing Transactions in Quicken Simplifi | Quicken Simplifi Help Center
