What category are people using when you have these uncategorized Visa provisioning transactions? I cannot seem to find something that matches these.

If those are what I think they are, and not actual transactions you will have to pay back, I would just delete them. Is this a new account? I only got those once, and it was a manual account, and I think I never bothered to enter them. The amounts are just 0.00, right?
But if you want, you can categorize it as a bank fee.
