PayPal Balance will not show up Quicken Simplifi Business & Personal (edited)

I am trying so hard to use this app. Can anyone tell me how to get my Paypal Balance to show up? I have relinked the account, waited, and I am still within my trial period, but I really want this to work But so far this is one of many problems I can't overcome.

Thanks for reaching out! To clarify your situation, are you trying to link a Checking/Savings account with PayPal, or a Credit Card account?

Checking and Savings accounts will use the instance listed as "PayPal" in Quicken Simplifi, while other accounts, such as Credit Cards, will use the PayPal instance in Quicken Simplifi listed as "PayPal Credit, MasterCard and Crypto".

Hmm so there is a problem with your link, because the 2nd one loads both checking and mastercard accounts.

When adding an account, it looks like the URLs for "PayPal" and "PayPal Credit, MasterCard and Crypto" are exactly the same, namely paypal.com. Could that be part of the problem?

Thanks for the reply. From our side, I can see a successful connection from you to PayPal. Were you able to get your accounts successfully connected within Quicken Simplifi?
