Simplifi - failing to connect to college 529 direct

    Hello @FutureEye,

    Thank you for letting us know this is happening. Is this happening with accounts that you're trying to add for the first time, or accounts that was previously connected and working?

    Since the issue has persisted for longer than 48 hours, if this is happening with accounts that were previously connected/working, then please troubleshoot by making the accounts manual (for instructions, click here), adding the accounts (for instructions, click here), then linking them to the existing accounts in your Quicken Simplifi (for instructions, click here).

    HI @Coach Kristina - Looks like I had another link which is aggregators user ID and password. I used that and then it works. I had to manually close the current account to avoid duplicate. I am good. I wish there was a way to link failed account (not just manual). The data gets fragmented into different accounts.
