what is the ETA on fixing this? What needs to be done, and why hasn’t this been resolved?
It should be clearly called out when you purchase this product that it doesn’t work with Barclays. I wouldn’t have chosen this if I knew it couldn’t connect to a major bank. This appears to be an issue going on for months, it is not acceptable that it hasn’t been fixed.0 -

To clarify, when I check our internal tools, I see you are getting a FDP-192 (unsupported multi-factor authentication protocol) error with Barclaycard. Is that the issue you are encountering? If you are seeing another issue, please provide more details what is happening and what error message/code you are seeing (if any).
To troubleshoot the FDP-192 issue, please provide information about the multi-factor authentication you use with Barclaycard. Do you use an authenticator app or external token? How do you receive the authentication code? Are you seeing any prompts in Quicken Simplifi?
