Unable to login to Prudential via LPL financial

This issue has been around since last November, and it is well-documented here.

The thread was closed, but it is still not working.

I'm not getting any help from online chat. I emailed Coach Kristina yesterday, and she asked me to post it here.

Is this working for you?

Even if I set it up as a manual account, I would not be able to import the transaction because Simplifi doesn't support Quicken import!!!!!!

Is it time to cancel Simplifi? Prudential is my main and only retirement account so without it, Simplifi is only worth 50%!

    Thanks for the reply. These sessions can take some time to get scheduled. I would make sure to be on the lookout, as you should be receiving an email beforehand to set up the debug session. Until then, I would sit tight. Do not worry, I can verify from our end that they will be reaching out soon.
