TD Bank connection issue
I signed up for this service three days ago and have yet to be able to connect my accounts from TD Bank. When I try, it says there is a connection issue. I've tried to set it up anyway, and it sort of works. I was able to connect my three accounts, but then when I try to add my husband's two accounts so we can do household management, it replaced my savings with his and then my two accounts got unlinked. And then when I try to go back and relink them, it errors out. I deleted all accounts and tried again 3 times with the same result. I even had Lisa from Help Support access my screen and walk me through it to make sure I was doing it correctly, and we got the same result. Her suggestion was to delete all accounts and try again 24-48 hours later. It's been longer than that, and it's still showing connection issues with TD Bank. I don't want to continue paying for the service if I can't use it. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out! I am not seeing an error from our side for you when connecting to TD Bank. Are you receiving a specific error, or is this just an issue of trying to connect all the accounts at the same time as your partners within the application? If you are receiving an error, can you please provide a screenshot?
