I signed up for this service three days ago and have yet to be able to connect my accounts from TD Bank. When I try, it says there is a connection issue. I've tried to set it up anyway, and it sort of works. I was able to connect my three accounts, but then when I try to add my husband's two accounts so we can do household management, it replaced my savings with his and then my two accounts got unlinked. And then when I try to go back and relink them, it errors out. I deleted all accounts and tried again 3 times with the same result. I even had Lisa from Help Support access my screen and walk me through it to make sure I was doing it correctly, and we got the same result. Her suggestion was to delete all accounts and try again 24-48 hours later. It's been longer than that, and it's still showing connection issues with TD Bank. I don't want to continue paying for the service if I can't use it. Please advise.
