MOHELA Student Loans Unavailable (FDP-103)

When trying to add loans serviced through MOHELA the only URLs available are:

If a loan is serviced directly though MOHELA, there does not seem to be an available connector. The login URL is servicing.mohela.com.

(When choosing the sofi.mohela.com option, it asks for SoFi credentials as opposed to MOHELA credentials.)

    Hello @jtb36,

Thanks for reaching out. This request was converted to a discussion so we can do some troubleshooting. Did you try the "Mohela - Federal Student Aid" option available in Quicken Simplifi as well? If you select the URL in the Add Account window for this option, are you able to log in at the website that pops up afterward? Let us know!

Here is the response when using that one:

These are private loans (formerly with Navient, which worked correctly) that servicing was transferred to MOHELA.

    Hello @jtb36,

Thank you for the screenshot! To clarify, have you ever had this account connected in Quicken Simplifi? If you have never connected this account in Quicken Simplifi, I would recommend giving the 'Navient Loans' option a try to see if that works:

These were previously set up and working using the Navient connection, but Navient no longer services loans. That has moved to Mohela.

The Navient accounts no longer work.

    Hello @jtb36,

Thanks for the reply. Can you please click on the link for the "Mohela - Federal Student Aid" option in Quicken Simplifi and see if you can sign into the new page that opens on the bank's website?

    Hello @jtb36,

I understand that you tried to use the instance available within Quicken Simplifi to connect, but what we would like you to try is clicking on the link for the "Mohela - Federal Student Aid" option in Quicken Simplifi and see if you can sign into the new page that opens on the bank's website. In the screenshot I shared above, there is an arrow pointing to the URL I mentioned for this step.

Let us know how this goes!

I was able to resolve this. The Navient connection still works, but you have to enter the new credentials that were set up after migrating to MOHELA and then use those with the Navient connection.
