Mobile App: Add more granularity to the Y-Axis of the Investments Balances graph (edited)

On the web app, for high balances it shows values to 2 decimal places e.g. 1.15M 1.16M 1.17M. In the mobile app, I think with the goal of saving space they reduced it to 1 decimal point while leaving the ticks the same such that you get the same label repeated 1.1M 1.1M 1.1M and you cannot tell what you are looking at. While removing the extra ticks would be one strategy, the granularity of the extra ticks is helpful so I think it would be best to have the additional decimal point like on the web report.
