Thanks for reaching out! I converted your financial institution request post into a discussion, as we will want to get a bit more information here on this situation. Have you tried connecting to the First Community CU of Oregon instance we have available within Quicken Simplifi?

If so, are you receiving an error when trying to connect? I would make sure you can click on the link in the Add Account window and try signing in to the bank's website in the new tab that opens up afterward. Let us know how that goes!
