Good first 45 Days and Leading to Goal of Complete Migration from Quicken Classic Premier
After working with Quicken Simplifi for the past 45 days (starting in June), I have sufficient data to start to further understand and see the future of the app. After getting my accounts in and categories set, I feel confident about the end state of getting away from Quicken Classic. During the first 30 days, there is a learning and understanding curve that is normal and must overcome. Until I can get the “fully confident feeling” I will be running the Simplifi app and Quicken Classic in parallel.
For the past month, I have been able to reconcile the accounts in a more efficient and effective manner. In doing the reconciliation, I felt more at ease, experienced less frustration with the process, and now want to see if the month matches with Quicken Classic. There are still areas of the Simplifi app that I must understand and best use, but that will come with working with the app more.
As of now, there is the challenge of keeping the two coordinated, but as I learn more, understand more, this will become easier. Also, to help with the learning curve and personal processes, I am keeping my note of how to do in OneNote for reference.
One of the most appreciated aspects of the app has been the help and support that is provided even when the questions are too simple. I have received great help and guidance from many in the Community. To every person that has taken the time to provide information, I say thank you.

Glad you are feeling more confident. I have been transitioning from Classic to Simplifi for 4 years now! 😀
Since I use the same categories in Classic as in Simplifi, I double check monthly comparing the category expenses. I used to find a lot more errors, but lately I haven't. I just checked and they are correct for the month so far!
I agree that this community is great at helping fellow users. Thanks for taking the time to report how things are going for you.
