Option to manually match/merge two transactions [edited]

It is occurring with Upcoming Transactions; for example, my early HOA dues happens once a year and payable by check,
the system dupes for 1) upcoming schedule transaction (recurring) 2) and check clears from the bank's download.

It would be ideal to merge these two transactions

You can merge a pending transaction with an existing from the website, but cannot do this from the mobile app.

I would like to request that the same capability be made available on the mobile app.

From a web browser, I check the box next to the two two transaction and click on the merge button (two arrows pointing towards each other).

Also it sucks that I can't do this across accounts. Sometimes I plan on doing a transaction in one checking account but then my wife or I do it from a different account. Then I have to recreate that transaction because I can't merge across accounts.
