Raymond James worked initially, but hasn't worked for months now.
Tried changing password, tried changing multi-factor questions, nothing is working.
This is very frustrating.

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. Did this problem just start today? If so, because the FDP-102 error is often caused by a temporary issue, the recommended troubleshooting is to wait 48 hours and try again.
If the issue persists after 48 hours, please let us know, and also let us know if the account was previously connected/working, or if you're trying to add it.
