Unable to create a 2nd or 3rd space
Any idea why the new space button is greyed out? I am unable to create a 2nd or 3rd space. Thanks.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this problem. When I check our internal tools, it looks like you're subscribed to Quicken Simplifi, not the Business & Personal version. In Quicken Simplifi, you can space share with one additional person. Please review this article for more information:

How can I upgrade to business and personal version from Quicken Simplifi? I have just spent hours re-categorizing my transactions after changing over from YNAB. Will I need to do the same thing again if I upgrade to the business and personal version?

Thanks for the reply. If you do upgrade to Quicken Business & Personal, you will not lose any data you currently have, so no worries there. To upgrade, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly via chat or phone so that they can help you with this:

You won't have to recategorize existing transaction in your original space.
However, there seems to be no way to move an account (including any categorization work you have done on it) into a new space. And if you delete it in the original space and add it in the new space you will be back to square one for that account.
(NOTE: This is based on my experience several months ago. But I don't think it has changed.)
