I agree with Jerryvetter. There needs to be a something to track overall planned spending. To know if you are on track.

The issue is currently the circle graph doesn’t do anything for me. It says how much money I have left but it has nothing to do with my “planned spending money”. I have been using Simplifi since January and I have to manually add overall planned spending

thank you @DryHeat . I was thinking you could have a percentage bar for overall “planned spending” and then when you click Planned spending you can still see all the individual categories. I appreciate you supporting my idea

I see that in Web App 4.73.0 (or at least I've now discovered it!), that you can sort bills by date or by type (See the three dots to the right).

If you choose type, it totals the Bills and subtotals by Regular Bills, Subscriptions and Transfers.

If you choose date, it puts all types in chronological order.

The excluded Bills/Transfers are still at the bottom.

So this is very nice.

The Bills section received an update! In the three-dot menu at the upper right, you will see an option to view by 'Bill type' or by 'Date'. Viewing by 'Bill type' will now have individual sections for Bills, Subscriptions, and Transfers & Credit Card Payments.

There was a brief period in early 2024 when the team had added exactly this feature to Planned Spending. However there happened to be a great clamoring form an influx of new users demanding rollover for planned spending at that time. The team ended up adding the rollover feature but for some reason this affected the Spending plan total summary that had been added and as a result the feature you are requesting was added but then removed. Let's hope that soon this feature will be rereleased.
