Mobile phone widget for adding a transaction (edited)

Could you create a widget to place on the Android mobile screen that when tapped, takes the user to the cash account and opens a new transaction for input? It takes several clicks to get there, so it often goes awhile till I get a cash transaction put in, so there's more chance to lose the receipt till then.
