This morning quicken forced me thru an updated connection with fidelity and now my balances and transactions are incorrect … badly incorrect …
Same thing happened to me, but it was Quicken Classic, not Simplifi. I ended up restoring a backup and doing it again. The second time was better but online balance is wrong.
Edit: 2nd download fixed it.

One thing you might do if you haven't reconciled is sort by cleared and see if you can delete all the duplicates that got downloaded. Good luck.
