Unable to add Techron Advantage Card (Synchrony Bank)

    Hello @ClaudiaH,

    Thanks for reaching out! I was able to look up your recent ticket from our side. I can see that it was escalated to our service provider, and it did come back with a resolution. They suggest trying the 'Synchrony Mastercard' instance from the list of Financial Institutions when adding an account in Quicken Simplifi to ensure a successful connection.

    If that still doesn't resolve the issue, I would suggest reaching back out via chat support the way you did originally, to report that the issue is persisting.

    Thank you for your reply. Yes, the Mastercard was something we tried when screen sharing with Coach Kevin, does not work. I tried again with Mastercard and "Bank Credit Cards" a minute ago—-same thing. I have done this over and over. Here are screen shots. The first and second are on Quicken and signing into Synchrony then the message to sign into the website. The third is what I get when signing into the website. The fourth is when I tried, "Add Synchrony Account to Manager", which is not about hooking up to Quicken, but I tried. The fourth is as expected. Still at a stand still.

    Thanks for the reply! Since this was originally escalated through chat support, I would reach back out that way and advise that the issue is still persisting. This way, they will be able to pick up where they left off regarding troubleshooting.
