Incorrect Transaction Payee

I wanted to point out an ongoing issue I've experienced for about a year now. There seems to be an ongoing issue with downloaded transactions that contain a dash, they get renamed incorrectly.

Example: ORIG CO NAME:Acorns Round-Ups CO ENTRY DESCR:Transfer SEC:WEB IND ID:V320PR1 ORIG ID:XXXXXX2693 on Aug 4, 2025.

This transaction gets incorrectly renamed to UPS, every time.

Thanks for reaching out! I can definitely see how this would be an issue. I would verify if you have a transaction rule that may be changing payee names like this to UPS. You can verify your transaction rules by navigating to Settings > Rules. Let us know!

Looks like there are two rules that apply, but the second rule applies, ignoring the first. I would think the first rule would take priority. What's the best way to fix this. Thanks

Thanks for the reply! The first rule may not apply in this case due to the word "round" here. The original payee example you provided has the word round included as "Round-Ups". Are you able to remove the word "round" and keep the rule for statement names containing just the word "acorns"?
