    why are some of my transactions not updated at the following investment

    Vanguard

    Voya Retirement

    Are there known issues or limitations

    Hello @Dedelydee ,

    Thanks for reaching out! I think we will need some clarification here to better understand your situation. Is it just the transactions that are not downloading into Quicken Simplifi? Is the account balance updating correctly? Are you receiving an error code when trying to connect?
