Submitting scheduled transaction early
If a transaction is scheduled for the 12th of the month and it hits the bank on the 10th, is it possible to manually submit it on the 10th?

@Amar_K, thanks for posting to the Community!
Can you describe in more detail what you mean by manually submitting a scheduled transaction early? To clarify, once a transaction is downloaded into Quicken Simplifi and matched to a Recurring Reminder, the Reminder will assume the date of the transaction. Are you looking to manually enter the transaction and link it to the Recurring Reminder before it downloads?

If a recurring expense is paid "early" or "late" it will still be connected to the recurring reminder in the Spending Plan once it is downloaded from your bank. Unless there is some compelling reason to manually enter the transaction, I .et the QS process do it's thing.

I could be wrong, but it looked to me like, when a transaction is downloaded Simplifi tries to match it looking backward. I'll keep an eye for next time this happens.
Thanks to all.

I have found that it usually matches if it's a little late or a little early. It's when it gets to be about a week off that you may have to match it manually, and then you will need to skip the next instance since it won't have matched.
I am more proactive than most on here. Yesterday I decided to pay my Spectrum bill instead of waiting for autopay on the 14th. So I changed the date to the 7th, and it matched up, of course. I wish now I hadn't done that just so I could tell you what happened.
My grass cutter shows up anywhere from Monday to Thursday. I have the recurring set for Wednesday. When he comes, I pay him with Apple Pay, and Simplifi always matches it.
Hope this helps.
