Navy Federal Credit Union Account Problem

A couple off weeks ago, through quicken classic, I had to re-authorize my account. Everything seem to go well when I completed the process but ever since then I get the error code CC-506 (quicken unable to update your account) after updating - NFCU - even though it seems to be updating. I have reset the account numerous times and validated the file. I logged into NFCU on their website and authorized Quicken as third party.

I have two accounts - savings and checking - and multiple times while resetting the account only one account shows up to link to account while the other gets the "don't add to quicken". This has occurred several times and, depending which one I am trying to reset, the other one shows "don't add".

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

    @John Light, since you're using Quicken Classic, you'll want to reach out to their Community instead. This is the Quicken Simplifi Community.
