Unable to connect to Empower (edited)

Why is Empower always impossible to get to connect? It's super annoying. I've tried resetting the connection, deleting and re-adding, and everything else I can think of. What's the problem?

    @tommerdahl I have no idea what is going on, but in my case, my actual investment accounts are held at a different financial institute and not actually by Empower. If I wanted to connect my retirement/investment accounts, I connect to that third party and not directly through Empower even though Empower manages my accounts. Don't know if that is the same for you, but thought I'd mention it.

    Hello @tommerdahl,

    Thanks for reaching out! I cannot see an error for you from our side for Empower. Are you experiencing an error when trying to connect? If so, can you please provide a screenshot showing the error you are experiencing within Quicken Simplifi? I would recommend trying from a different browser or in incognito/private mode in case something in your primary browser is blocking the connection attempt as well. We also have another Empower option if you would like to try this one to see if it works better:
