PNC bank accounts don't update historical data
Hello,
I'm having issues specifically with downloading historical transactions from my PNC Bank accounts. They will only go back mid-Feb 2025. I have changed settings to have historical transactions from 2023 onwards and this allow transactions from other financial institutions to be downloaded but not for PNC. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong here? Thanks in advance for your responses…pom

Thanks for reaching out! Depending on your bank, you may be limited to download the last 90 days of transactions. Older transactions can also be imported into Quicken using a CSV file. If you need transactions older than 90 days, you will need to contact your bank for further assistance.

Thanks @Coach Jon, I appreciate the reply. When I first setup PNC Bank it downloaded all historical transactions but soon after only the last 6-months remained. It has since carried the history from that point forward. I will look into the 2 suggestions you made. The CSV format is difficult as much of the transaction detail is lost. I understand it is not possible to have historical transactions via QFX?
