I need Simplifi to understand that all the money in my "Cash and Checking" accounts is spendable
I get income in quaretly chunks, plus a small amount monthly. So for 2 out of every 3 months, Simplifi thinks I only have the money that comes in monthly, and constantly shows me as in negatives. How do I get Simplifi to understand that all the money in my "cash and checking" account is always spendable?
Thanks much!

@NatalieGS, thanks for posting to the Community!
It is unclear what you're referring to here. Are you saying that you want the Spending Plan to take account balances into account as spending money? Or are you referring to a different area of the program?
If the former, we do have an existing request here that you can vote for and follow for updates:
In the meantime, you might consider using a custom amount for the Income section of your Spending Plan.
Please let us know so we can best assist!

I would experiment with the "Custom Income" feature.
I think I would start by excluding your quarterly income from recurring and let it land in your checking account without being included in my Spending Plan. Then set up a Custom Income for 1/3 of your quarterly income in in the Spending Plan as your monthly income. If the small monthly amounts are recurring, they can be set up as recurring income to also be included in the Spending Plan.
