I checked on our end and also do not see this bank listed in Quicken Simplifi, which means it must have been removed. Although we wouldn't know why here in the Community, I did go ahead and turn this back into a Missing Financial Institution Request so we can keep it updated if/when we learn any news.

Hi Coach Natalie,

Can you please assist me or direct me who to contact on getting a partial refund for my Simplifi subscription? 1st United is still not available to connect to and that is my main account where bills and spending is tracked. Without the connection to 1st United, Simplifi is useless to me. I’ve signed up for trial accounts on other fin apps and they can connect to 1st United.

I called Quicken customer support and they gave me the generic answer that it is past the 30 day refund period and wouldn’t give me the partial refund. I don’t think I should be paying for something that used to work but no longer works. Thanks for listening!
