Citicard transactions now downloading since 8/14 (edited)

Is anyone else experiencing this: Quicken has not downloaded any new transactions from the Citibank Costco Card since 8/14. I have at least four new transactions posted. I have reset the account and tried to download and got nothing

@Photoguy, I see that you're using Quicken Classic, so you'll want to reach out to their Community instead. This is the Quicken Simplifi Community.
