SECU of Maryland "Bank not available now" (edited)

I change my login info at my institution 5 days ago and am getting this message ever since. I am not able to change the login info to these accounts via Simplifi.

I was able to connect and add as new accounts but doing so means I will lose years worth of the manual notes and categorizations of multiple accounts.

How can I update my login credentials given I can't get past the "Bank not available now" message?

Establishing a completely fresh connection with the bank and using your new credentials when doing so should allow you to re-link your accounts in Quicken Simplifi. Here are the steps to do so:

    1. Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
    2. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    3. If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here

Let us know how it goes!

Two more suggestions if the above flow hits a snag:

    1. Use "incognito" or "InPrivate" mode to make the connection.
    2. Go to your bank website and delete the Quicken link from the banks side then retry the connection process.

On the rare occasions I've had reconnection problems with an existing connection, these two steps have helped.
