For the past couple of days I am not able to access quicken simplifi site. Actually I get this page:

So, there's good news and bad news

Bad news: It looks like you're offline

Good news: Until we support working offline, you can draw a picture when offline

(pick a color and start drawing)

How could I be offline, if they are sending me this page? I cleared my cookies but I still get the same page.

Ok trying it on another browser worked. However on Edge, it has stopped working. I have cleared cookies, I have waited for over 24 hours, I have used incognito, I am not using VPN, it just keeps going to this page. I need to get it working on Edge as that's my primary browser.

    Hello @shameed,

Thanks for reaching out! Since this issue is not present in other web browsers, this may indicate that your Edge browser has a third-party extension or setting enabled that may be causing an issue with Quicken Simplifi. I would verify your settings and extensions and see if any could be causing an issue.

I will get that same screen occasionally and I also use Edge. So far it clears in a few seconds and I'm good to go without my doing anything.

Hi @Coach Jon Thanks for the reply. However, it doesn't seem like it is an extension. I haven't installed any new extensions and it used to work fine, and it doesn't work in incognito either. So, it can't be an extension. It has been two days now since I have noticed it. I don't think it will fix itself automatically. Every other website works fine.

@shameed Have you tried the equivalent of incognito/inprivate mode? In this mode, it usually wil clear cookies/cache and also disable extensions. If that works, disabling extensions or cleearing cookies/cache would seem to be the fix.
