Coinbase account does not show balances and stocks correctly (edited)

Its been several months now that the Coinbase account does not show balances correctly and incorrectly shows stock symbols instead of coins. I get the same answer that it is being worked on and we'll get an update on its resolution. But it continues to be an issue and not only that it is not displayed in the "known issues" page even though it has been reported several times. Please provide an update and timeframe for when this will be fixed.
