Slim selection of Billers to link to Bills

Hello! I am finding the list of available billers to connect to VERY slim. Simplifi doesn't even offer the most common subscription companies. Netflix….Disney+….YoutubeTV…Ring…..just to name a few. Although there is Duke Energy in Ohio lol :) Am i missing something that is limiting this selection?

    It sounds like you are likely using our new Bill Connect provider: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/11408337-improved-bill-connect

    We are aware of the limited number of billers available with the new provider. They have assured us that they are working on adding more billers, so we expect to see improvement in the future. In the meantime, we apologize for the limitations!

  • Thank you, Natalie, for your response. I certainly understand the change in provider to increase reliability…. however…not at the cost of eliminating the highest used nationwide subscription services. That is what feeds the Spending Plan "Bills". I have created them manually, but this seems to be a miss. Thank you though for your response.

    Any bills like Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc,. tend to be fixed bills. That being the case, the easiest thing is to go to settings→Recurring and manually create recurring fixed amount transactions for these billers.

  • Thanks Rob! Understood. I have to say though…. subscription pricing never seems to stay the same year to year. All the providers I mentioned have increased their pricing this last year. Having a connection in Simplifi would save me the check an balance. Thanks!

    @Coach Natalie was this change announced in the community? I'm a daily visitor here and don't recall seeing this communicated.

    I'm finding that two billers are no longer enabled - clickpay.com and coned.com. Is there a list somewhere of enabled billers? Thanks!

    No, this change has not been announced in the Community. The help article I linked above was posted in our Help Center over 2 months ago, however.

    As for a list of supporter Billers, you would be able to determine this by using Bill Connect within Quicken Simplifi and searching for your Biller. If the Biller is not presented, it is not supported. I looked in Quicken Simplifi for the two Billers you mentioned and don't see either one.
