I have different emails for different clients/projects. I don't want to use whole different businesses for each of the emails. Please allow setting an email/address for a client or project

The notes field doesn't currently respect line breaks. Please fix this, and/or allow custom text for fields. I might need to put several custom items in the note field like Account Number, Project Name, SSN/TIN, etc.
