I've been seeing FDP-192 (MFA method not supported) since roughly 8/30/25, and the Coastal accounts are not updating. I assume Quicken/Simplifi is proactively working the issue. Can you give me an update please?
To anticipate some possible responses: Yes, I have tried reconnecting on the Simplifi side. No, I can't change or remove the MFA at the bank's side. Intuit and Coastal need to work together on this. FWIW, I'm also reaching out to Coastal.
Here's the full text of the error I'm seeing:
"The current multi-factor authentication method at Coastal Federal Credit Union is not supported. To connect to your account, you must change the multi-factor authentication method at Coastal Federal Credit Union.
Care Code: FDP-192"
