Missing Billers
Good morning.
For the past week, I have been trying to reconnect "Georgia Power" and "Cherokee County Water and Sewer Authority" as billers. They have been connected for a long time without any issues. Now, they do not even show up as available billers. Please advise.

Hang on a while. Simplifi is re-doing its billing system so right now there are not too many available yet.
None of my local utilities eg., Alabama Power, Spire Energy are available. The only one I could find was Spectrum, which is a national company, but they wanted so much information that I would have to look up, that I didn't bother. Before you just needed your logon credentials.
However, under the old system, it did connect for a few months but then drop off. So over time I stopped connecting them. So for now, I am not bothering with connecting billers. Too much trouble.
I fear that most of the trouble we have with connecting accounts, billers, whatever is because of privacy and security concerns. Everything has MFA and text codes and passkeys.
